Fishing in the Toutle River for Coho Salmon is slowing as the early run are starting to spawn. Daily limit: 2 adult Salmon may be retained. Release all salmon other than hatchery Chinook and Hatchery coho. Use Twitching jigs, spinners and small plugs for the Silvers. Winter Steelhead will soon be arriving in the South Fork, Summer runs are in the upper river, time to get stocked up for the season at Sportsmans!Click here to unsubcribe from your fishing reports.
