Riffe lake: Fishing is very good at Riffe lake. Fish are 40 to 80 ft deep. Riffe has landlocked Coho Salmon, Rainbow and Cutthroat trout which all count as part of your 5 trout limit. Recommended gear for trolling a hoochie or wedding ring spinner about a foot behind an Arrow flasher, tip hooks with shrimp. Bank fishing by the dam with a sliding bobber with Shrimp and worms can also produce fish. Riffe also has Smallmouth Bass and fishing for them in the summer months can be very good. Mossyrock Park boat launch is open (both lanes). The dock now out for the season. The day-use area is open. Taidnapam North boat launch is open, the dock is not usable. Kosmos boat launch and parking lot are closed. Taidnapam Park boat launch is closed.

Riffe Lake was stocked with Tripod Rainbow Trout last Spring these are growing fast and should be fun to catch this fall and winter. Silvers are fishing can be okay too. Recommended set up is a Arrow Flash Dodger with a hoochie or wedding ring spinner 8" to 10" behind it. Make sure you are using scented shrimp on the hooks.
