Kress Lake: Trout fishing is winding down it was stocked heavily this spring Rainbow Trout. Bass fishing is good as they are in their typical summer pattern, Bluegill and pan fishing is good. Last year Kress was stocked with Catfish with the water warming evening fishing should be good we have great Catfish bait!! Recommended gear: Power bait, worms Kastmaster spoons and spinners for Trout. Spinners, wacky worms, top-water and plugs for Bass. Worms for panfish and bullhead. Kress Lake in the Kalama area should be soon getting good for Trout. The bass and warm water fishing will start to slow down as the water cools.
