The Coweeman opened back up on 11-01-20. Some summer Steelhead are in the upper river and the Winter Steelhead will soon start showing up up. The hatchery fish are early arriving Winter Steelhead. The native Steelhead will arrive later in the winter and early Spring. Time to get stocked up with Bobber and Jig, Beads or eggs for this fishery.
