Flows are at about 150 cfs. Blue wings and midges are dominating the hatches on the Provo. Emerges and nymphs are most effective. Scud patterns are always good to have on your rig. For streamers use white, olive, or brown patterns to imitate the sculpin population. Lure fishermen should throw small brown trout imitation Rapalas, Roostertails, and Panther Martins. Remember to give other anglers space and practice good etiquette.
