Water level is currently at 72%. Fishing has been hit-or-miss depending on weather conditions. No ice yet. PowerBait and Gulp in rainbow, chartreuse, cheese, and corn have been working. Some effective lures have been Jakes Spin-A-Lure, Kastmaster, Panther Martin, Blue Fox Classic Vibram Spinner, and Rapalas. Smallmouth and Largemouth anglers are targeting bass with soft plastic worms, Twister Tail Grubs, Texas rigs, Carolina rigs, drop-shot rigs, ned rigs, and Neko rigs. Swim baits and crank baits off rocky edges are also producing fish. Fly fishers are catching most fish below the surface. Leeches, buggers, PTs, and chronomids are all effective.
