Water level is at 65% capacity. No ice. Trout fishermen are catching fish using PowerBait and Gulp in garlic, corn, or cheese. Anglers using lure are having success with Jakes Spin-A-Lure, Cleos, Kastmasters, Panther Martins, Blue Fox, and Rapalas Original. Bass fishing has slowed with the cold weather. Anglers are using slower retrieves with, Twister Tail Grubs, Texas rigs, Carolina rigs, drop-shot rigs, Ned rigs, Neko rigs. Rapals and other crank baits have also been catching fish. Walleye fishing has been intermittent on Feather Jigs, Hair Jigs, tub jigs, Curl tail grubs, Colors: (two-tone colors like white body with yellow tail, Black body with yellow tail, pearl, chartreuse, glow, white and orange). For perch, two-toned tub jigs or curl tail jigs color: (yellow, red, chartreuse, pink, orange, neon yellow, and glow).
