The river is running at about 140 cfs out of the dam. Blue wings and midges dominate the hatches. There might be a few October caddis here and there if you want to tie on something bigger. Most of the terrestrial action is gone for the season. Scuds and egg patterns are also producing fish below and indicator. Streamers and soft hackles are doing well in troughs and deep pools.
