Check roads. River road should be opening any time now. Bald River bridge repair. Detour. Great spring fishing. High water for a few days this week. The upper elevation tribs are producing well with colorful fish. Access and road hazards should be first consideration. Generally good stream levels. Warm afternoons are dry fly. Nymph fishing is working well also. Stealth is key on the lower flow days.
