Canyon lake has been producing good numbers of fish this last month going into fall the bass will continue to move up to shallows . Anglers found that Drop shot rigs with a robo worm , Texas rigs , neko rigs for slow bite days and ned rigs . its almost time for top water so try getting out in the early morning and throw a popper, buzz bait or frog. the best places to fish has seems to be near drop offs , reeds/shoreline , and rocky bottoms for your panfish same as usually worms and tiny jigs . For catfish try throwing out dip baits , live bait and hotdog on a simple bottom rig .Some good colors in robo worms to use morning dawn ,M.M. III and green pumpkin .
