Fall Fishing Forecast (September - November): Yankee Meadow Reservoir has a conservation pool, so it is faring better through the drought than other southern Utah waters. Fishing success will improve with cooling water temperatures. Good success is reported for rainbow and cutthroat trout, with a few brook trout mixed in, using night crawlers and spinners. Jigs and streamers should also produce well.
