Should be a low water year so they wont have many places to hide. So many places you can launch from with a fishing float. Catfish have begun moving up river to find good spawning grounds and hunker down as soon as the water gets a bit warmer. Throw some bait on the bottom just outside current breaks and you will have plenty of success. During spawn you can bare hook into rock crevices where they are laid up for spawn. Bass is so simple on this river it is my favorite place to take the young ones. Grab yourself a bag of Zoom Finesse Worms and some #2 split shot weights . No daily limit on catfish and bass. Release all trout and steelhead. Please check your WDFW regulations and the website for any emergency rule changes.
