Water is still high and fast with the snow melt in the mountains. Catfish are starting to move up into the delta and cant be caught fishing the bottom just get it out into the current and let it find its home. Smelly bait always helps. Smallmouth bass are starting to be more active and they are gorging themselves on crawfish so try picking up the Yamamoto Yama Craw in a natural color and running a carolina rig.
