Water has calmed down quite a bit. Catfish and bass are being caught here in good numbers. Catfish are moving in to find a good place to spawn as soon as the water warms up a little bit more. Find yourself a deep hole along the bank and let some bait find a place to settle on the bottom. For bass look for baitfish and structure run some shallow flickers in perch color and bass colors to find some larger aggressive fish that have come out of spawn. You can run some creature baits and wacky rigged Senko's aswell. Panfish are fun for the little ones to catch from the old bridge points on worms and bobber. Use a piece of worm about the size of your thumbnail and cast along the bank or any submerged weeds. Be sure to look at your WDFW regulations and online for emergency rule changes.
