The daily limit for hatchery steelhead is one.Barbless hooks are required for salmon and steelhead downstream of the Washington/Oregon border.Anglers can use barbed or barbless hooks for any species except sturgeon.Anglers may fish with two poles with a Two-Pole Endorsement for any species except sturgeon.All wild steelhead must be immediately released. The end of February marks the start of the walleye pre-spawn and fishing keeps getting better and better throughout March.
