WHITEHORSE LAKE: . Check with the Kaibab National Forest for details. Only boats with a single electric motor are allowed on Whitehorse Lake. No gas powered motors. The limit is 2 bass minimum size 13 inches, the limit is 4 Channel Catfish. Folks willing to walk in have been catching Largemouth Bass. Channel Catfish were stocked last week. Water levels are extremely low, bass fishing has been super effective anglers are strictly sticking to weed less representations due to the heavy vegetation. swim jigs, texas rigs, top waters, and cloak rigs are all effective ways to target the bass in there at the moment. catfish can be targeted with punch bait under bobbers to avoid reeling in 5 pounds of hydrilla.
