Stripper's are hitting shad / perch jerk baits For Bass target structures with Crush City soft baits, Yamamoto large Senko worms 4.5 to 7 inch Wacky, Carolina and Texas rig, Robo Worms for drop shot , ZMan chatter baits and Strike King spinner baits, Keitech swim baits, Missile flipping jigs. For open waters try swim / glide baits 6th Sense, Storm and Fish Lab. Deep water try Strike King and Rapala crank and jerk baits. The catfish bite has also continued to remain strong as well. The catfish have also been hitting on night crawlers and stink baits as well. As for the crappie the bite has started to pick up with anglers having the best success on Kalin's grubs, Crappie Magnet - white / chartreuse minnows or grubs. Crappie fishing in the Agua Fria arm has been good try shad or minnows at night around submerged trees and brush. Check water temperatures and conditions that may affect fish habits.
