Fishing at both Martin and Horseshoe have been good lately.Martin: Anglers are catching good numbers of trout, bass, and catfish. Trout have been active with anglers having most luck using power bait, and spinners. Bass have also been more active lately with most luck coming on various soft plastics and spinnerbaits. Catfish have also been very active lately more so in the evenings with most anglers finding the best luck on various types of cut bait.Horseshoe: Anglers are catching good numbers out of trout out of horseshoe as well, most anglers catching them on power bait and spinners. Anglers are also finding luck catching some crappie deep near structures with small jigs and minnows. No anglers have reported any musky yet but with rising water temps expect that to change as they will begin to get more active with rising water temps.
