Some of the biggest fish of the season get caught this time of year here. It can often be slow going but with big rewards. Big flipping jigs like the Strike King Hack Attack, Zoom Baby Brush Hogs and if the water clears a Yamamoto Senko are great options to fish around the lakes shallow cover. Crappie can be caught around the laydowns and brush piles with minnows and Blakemore Roadrunners.
