The lake is well known for its Largemouth Bass, Musky, and Panfish. Fishing Opportunities: Stonewall Jackson Lake. There you can fish for largemouth bass, black bass (catch & release), bluegill, carp, channel catfish, crappie, muskellunge, trout (stocked), walleye.Bass, use spinner bait and chatter bait. Musky, use large plugs. Crappie, use a small jig and Bobby Garland 2.25" Baby Shad Swim 'R - Monkey Milk . Panfish, use a in-line spinner.
