Overall the river is in good shape, it is clear, flows from Keswick are 7,000 CFS and we're eagerly anticipating the Fall Chinooks arrival. These flows open a lot of water to wading. Down around Jellys Ferry and downstream you should see some hatchery steelhead showing up, they are grabby and will take a swung fly. The Sacramento stretch around Chico has been holding some of the steadier salmon action compared to historically slower traditional spots
