SACRAMENTO RIVER, Keswick Reservoir to Red Bluff The Sacramento River below Keswick Reservoir is fishable. Water levels have dropped about a foot since the last rain and are currently holding at 2,960 cfs. JT at the Fly Shop reported a few guides working the river for trout, but many are fishing the western rivers, the Trinity, Smith, Eel and Klamath for steelheadSACRAMENTO RIVER, Colusa to Tisdale Remains largely unfishable. Water levels have dropped almost 4-feet but still needs to drop another several feet. SACRAMENTO RIVER, Metro area Remains largely unfishable. Flows are dropping quickly but are still high and muddy. Several guides are fishing Knights Landing, and reported seeing sturgeon, but no takers yet. Sac-Pro Tackle, Sacramento, will start receiving ghost shrimp once conditions improve.
