Ramp Condition: Useable Lake level is 905.64 msl; recreation pool is 904 msl. Lake Rathbun contains zebra mussels; clean, drain and dry your boat before going to another water body. Channel Catfish - Good: Use chubs or nightcrawlers along areas with rip-rapped shorelines. Walleye - Slow: Troll crankbaits over rock ridges or underwater islands. Use crankbaits that mimic gizzard shad. Wiper (Hybrid Striped Bass) - Fair: Try trolling crankbaits or vertically jigging blade baits along rock piles and submerged points.
