Steelhead anglers fishing the Bear River found steady success following rain and warm weather. Those fishing near the dam had the best success bottom-bouncing flies and spawn, while those fishing near the mouth continued to drift beads or spawn. Those fishing the break wall found limited success casting spoons or drifting spawn, but the occasional northern pike, brown trout and steelhead was landed.
