The following closures are currently in effect.1.Closure of all county, state and federal parks within Tillamook County.2.Closure of all county parking lots, beach access and certain parking areas along road rights-of-way.3.Closure of all county public boat launches to non-commercial users that do not commercial fish for the purpose of providing a retail food source.4.Closure of all transient lodging facilities including, but not limited to, motels, hotels, short-term vacations rentals, bed and breakfasts, RV parks and campgrounds.NESTUCCA RIVER, LITTLE NESTUCCA RIVER, AND THREE RIVERS: Steelhead, Chinook, Cutthroat Trout are distributed throughout the basin. Current levels are 4.75'. As with all rivers on the coast right now, The Nestucca is low and clear but fishing has remained fair for steelhead. The Nestucca has been crowded as it holds its water a bit better than the Wilson does. Its prime time for both broodstock hatchery fish and wild steelhead (catch-and-release only) on the Nestucca. Although conditions are a little more challenging, this is still probably the best bet for anglers wanting to find a hatchery fish this coming weekend. Cutthroat are available throughout the Nestucca basin. This time of year there can be some good opportunity for sea-run cutthroat in the upper tidewater and lower River. These are aggressive fish and fun fighters on light gear. There is good drift boat access to the mid and lower river, and public land bank access on the upper river. There is a boating hazard in the form of a downed tree just below the camp 101 hole, but it is passable on River Right. Trout season will reopen on May 22, 2020.*According to the Oregon Department of Transportation Farmer Creek Wayside and boat ramp will be closed late this summer through fall of 2020 due to construction associated with the Hwy 101 realignment.*

Winter Steelhead should be fair to good later this week as the river drops into fishable condition. Both wild and hatchery will show in catch. Some fish are available in Three Rivers but most are caught in the main river this time of year. No bait is allowed upstream of Moon Creek at Blain and the angling deadline is at Elk Creek. Spring Chinook opened April 1 but few fish are present. Very slow this month
