Moon Lake: The main road to Moon Lake is plowed to the outfitter turn. Now is your opportunity to ice fish Moon Lake! Snowpack is 3 to 4 inches in the area. Be prepared for trying to navigate to the lake in these conditions. There are no recent fishing reports. A DWR biologist sampled Moon Lake in June of 2022 and saw some good-looking tiger trout and splake. The reservoir has an extremely abundant forage base of mountain sucker, mountain whitefish and small kokanee salmon.
