Kilchis: This river is just north of Tillamook OR, and can be a very good river to catch some winter run steelhead. This is one of the smaller rivers in the Tillamook system to it responds faster than other to changing water conditions. Hints it rises fast with rain and will settle back into good fishing shape faster than neighboring river such as the Wilson and Trask.

Fishing should be good to fair for winter Steelhead, fish will be spread out through system. Mostly wild with the ocasional hatchery. River is in good shape and will be very clear by the weekend.
