There is about 15" of ice on the lake. Lake is 97% full. Fishing with black and yellow jigs, like tiger martins, topped with meal worm are going to be your best best. Paddles bugs with nightcrawlers or mill worms are going to also be effective. Fishing near the springs is going to be the best betas fish are getting lethargic due to low oxygen.
