As of 7-5-23 Try using jig tubes and heavy spoons. Troll needle fish and flatfish around 50Ft for Lakers and Rapalas around 5-10 Ft. for browns and rainbows.

8-20"s of ice. 3-6" tube Jigs tipped with sucker meat has been taking a lot of Lake Trout in the 18-22" range, and also a few 30+"ers have been caught. Quite a few quality fish are being taken on deadsticked spawn sacks inches off the bottom. Rainbows and Browns seem to be taken on the shallow flats, with typical trout jigs tipped with wax worms.Click here to unsubcribe from your fishing reports.
