Fishing is going to get good with warmer days approaching. For trout, carolina rigs with worms or powerbait, Panther Martin Spinners, Acme Kastmasters. Perch will hit small lures like jigs, spinners, and spoons, but bait is usually superior, (worms!) Try pairing your lures with a piece of worm on the hook as well. Spring bass fishing is going to heat up, start to expect the bass to start moving to shallow water. Try targeting with finesse techniques, drop shot, jigs, wacky rigs/texas rigs. With the cold water still a factor out there, jerkbaits may produce well also.
