Lake is Completely ice off and all ramps are open. Trout fishing is picking up and they are cruising the shore. They are being caught on Bead head Zebra midges, egg sacks, worms, and spinners. Walleyes are stacking up in the river spilling into the river. Hop on your boat and drive up and throw paddle tails off the banks and retrieve to the boat bouncing off the bottom. Walleye in the reservoir are going to still be mostly found on the south side of the lake. If you can get your hands on some leaches you will have a great day trolling and catching with bottom bouncers and worm harness's Carp fishing is starting to pick up with them cruising right off the banks in the early morning and evening into the night. Break out the 8/9 wt and go have some fun!
