For Rainbow And Tiger Trout fish off the bottom with split shot weight use worms and favorite Power Bait color with garlic scent. Also use a variety of spinners, Z Rays, and Spoons ,rooster tails panther Martins,.. Fly Fisherman try brown / black woolly and dry flies.
